  • Inspection and repair services for existing installations.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Obligations of the Provider (Interfon Clasic):

  • Performing the work according to industry safety and quality standards.
  • Using appropriate components and materials (e.g., copper cable).
  • Adhering to the established schedule and informing the client of any changes.
  • Warranty for services provided, according to the signed contract.

Obligations of the Client (Association/Owner):

  • Ensuring technicians have access to necessary areas (stairwells, basement).
  • Obtaining necessary approvals from the homeowners' association.
  • Paying for services according to the issued invoice and contractual terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Interfon Clasic is not responsible for damages caused by external factors or pre-existing installations. Liability is limited to the contract value for the respective service. Our services refer exclusively to classic wired intercom installations for civilian use. Any request or use of our equipment for purposes of encrypted telecommunications, espionage, military activities, or hacking is strictly prohibited and immediately voids any warranty and agreement.
